Every tier is baked from scratch using carefully selected ingredients, using recipes that have been tried, tested and refined to give the perfect balance of taste and texture. Layers of soft sponge and tasty fillings, finished with smooth buttercreams and ganaches.

Our signature Raspberry & White Chocolate
Light raspberry flavoured sponge containing fresh raspberries, tangy raspberry jam and a whipped white chocolate ganache. This flavour is effortlessly romantic and one of our most requested combinations.
