Hi, I’m Louise
I’m the cake designer, baker and heart behind Lou’s Cake Design. From my cake studio in Ballymena, Co.Antrim, I have been creating bespoke cakes since 2012.
I love to work in a variety of mediums including buttercream, fondant icing and wafer paper. I’m known for my craftsmanship, creativity and most importantly great tasting cake. I believe your cake journey should feel effortless but also special.
